Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be cancellable according to the plan terms shown in the applicable product or checkout flow. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Digital credits

Digital credits may be non-refundable once used, consumed, or applied to generation, editing, processing, or other software workflows.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us at support@sparkmesh.io. We will review the issue and may provide a correction, credit adjustment, or refund when appropriate.

How to request help

Please include the email address on your account, the product name, the transaction or invoice reference if available, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond to support requests within 3 business days.
