SparkMesh products must be used responsibly and lawfully. Users may not use our services to create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or non-consensual content.

Prohibited uses

You may not use SparkMesh products, websites, or related services to create, upload, distribute, request, or facilitate:

• Illegal content or activity of any kind.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Sexual content involving minors or any exploitation of minors.
• Impersonation, identity abuse, or deceptive deepfakes.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, abuse, or hateful conduct.
• Copyright-infringing use or other violations of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Fraud, phishing, scams, malware, spam, or attempts to evade platform rules.
• Content or activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.

Responsible use

SparkMesh products are intended for legitimate business workflows. Users are responsible for the submitted content, uploads, instructions, and outputs they create or distribute through our products.

Enforcement

SparkMesh may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we identify illegal, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or policy-violating behavior. Product-specific policies may add stricter requirements.
